5 Books That Will Help You Be More Productive
I am fanatical about productivity. In fact, it’s one of my most passionate topics to speak about. The reason? Because I have found that if you want to maximize your leadership and potential, you must be a student of productive tips, tricks, and tactics.
Many of my coaching clients have challenges directly related to a lack of being more productive in what they do. As a result, their organization, focus, and systems seem out-of-whack with ever-increasing demands, which can cause chaos at their workplace and even home life.
More than anything, I want people to feel empowered by their ability to create order from chaos because that really is where true success lies – not just trying harder but smarter too.
It’s been my experience that the biggest challenge for people is to create a productive system where they can be successful. I see this problem in many of my coaching sessions with clients from all different industries. So one of the things I do in my sessions is help identify your individual strengths and weaknesses in the context of productivity–then you can better understand yourself, which will help you work more productively. I also try to expose those I coach to the best practices and resources to help them get more productive.
I can’t connect one-on-one with all of you (though I wish I could) and help create your productivity system. But I know that many people are looking for ways to be more productive, so I want to share with you some of the best books on productivity that have helped me. They’ve given me new insight into how I can improve my success in life and business.
So, if you’re interested, here is a list of some great reads for your consideration. Remember, leaders are readers…so become a student of productivity.
