This Christmas season, I want to share with you some resources that will be a gift to your development. The greatest contributor to my success over the years has been the resources I have consumed. Nothing even comes in as a close second compared to the books I have read. So if I could buy you all a gift this Christmas season, it would be the books that have shaped my life and leadership for the best.

For years I used to carry this book around with me wherever I went. Now it is so embedded into my philosophy of life that I know it, live it, and share it. In fact, I paid my daughter to read this book when she was younger, and she now recommends it to all her friends. It is one of the shortest yet most powerful reads you will find.
There is nothing more important than to get your mindset right. Success starts with your thoughts. Consequently, failure begins with your thoughts as well. As Henry Ford famously said, “Whether you think you can, or you think you can’t, you’re right.”
