8 Jolly Leadership Lessons From Santa
It’s the most wonderful time of the year (sang in my best Andy Williams voice).
I love Christmas time. It’s our family’s truly most wonderful time of the year where we watch movies, eat goodies, make crafts, decorate the entire house, and play lots of games.
This year I thought I would spread some good cheer in the context of leadership. I have put together a fun resource that will give you and your team some great leadership insights into the big guy’s operation in the North Pole. That’s right, Santa can teach us a thing…or 8 about running a successful organization. There is a lot to learn if we take the time to think about it. I often say, “Everything can teach us something.” When we take the time to reflect there are lessons everywhere we look that will give us something we need on the journey of success.
This small resource I made gives you 8 jolly leadership lessons from Santa that are simple, short, yet significant. I hope you download the FREE booklet and take some time to see how you’re doing compared to him and the North Pole’s way of leadership.
Here are a few insights you’ll get in the resource…
1) Why every movement needs a face.
2) Why having a workshop matters.
3) Why making preparations keeps us moving forward.
Make time to go through the booklet and maybe even have some fun with your team and discuss the principles you can learn from Santa to get better.
